RULES
If your Terms of Use or Terms of Service invalidates any of my rules, do not contact me for a commission.
That being said, this is a declaration that my terms and conditions overrules any conflicting terms in the commissioners personal Terms of Use regarding my artwork.
By agreeing to commission me, you are agreeing to follow the rules below. If failed to comply, action will be taken and you will be blacklisted or blocked.
Copyright & Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold all copyright to the produced artwork, not the commssioner, unless otherwise stated.Therfore, I am allowed by law to:
• Reproduce the work in copies or photo records
• Distribute copies of the work to the public by sale or transfer of ownership
• Display the copyrighted work publicly
For non-commercial commissions, I grant you (the client) an exclusive license with modification rights. You may use, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, and display my work as long as no profit is made from the work, and proper credit is given to me.
Credit Includes:
• Linking to my social media pages
• My name
• My signature/logo
The Following Is Considered Copyright Infringement:
• Reproducing/using my work commercially unless made for commercial use
• Taking credit of my work
• Removing my signature/logo
• Impersonating me
• Tracing my artwork
• Using my artwork for any use involving AI

As the artist, I have the right to decline any commission without reason.
You may buy for others (gift commissions) and/or ask for a commission to be private.Regarding Gore & NSFW Work, Do NOT contact me regarding NSFW work if you are underage.You MUST be 18 or older to commission me for NSFW. When commissioning me for such, you are legally agreeing to being 18+. ==If you are found to be underage and lying, you will be blacklisted and blocked on all socials. ==
Process
• References are not required, but are highly recommended. If you do not have a reference, please give a clear description of what you want and communicate with me!• I will send work in progress sketches/ideas to you for approval. You may request edits of the art when I send them to you. (Please do not be afraid to ask for something to be changed and comminicate with me!)• If lineart is started after approval and you (the client) want an edit/change, depending on the complexity, there may be a small charge for the time spent on the edit. I will not accept edits/changes after completion of the final piece.• Time of completion may vary due to the complexity of the project or personal reasons. The usual completion time is within 1 week or sooner once the project is started.

Payment
Payment will be by Paypal in USD.
I have 2 payment options:• 1) 100% up front
• 2) 50% up front, 50% after sketch approval==If neither of these options work for you or your situation, please talk to me! I'm sure we can figure something out! :) ==
Cancellation/Refund
I reserve the right to cancel a service for any reason. You may request a cancellation, but refund time may vary. If you would like to cancel your commission, please contact me. Any cancelled commission by me is guaranteed a full refund. Any commission cancelled after I have began working may vary for refund options depending on the progress made and complexity.
Refunds Are Given If:• I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason
• I have not yet begun your commission, and you have requested a refund
Reasons I May Cancel A Commission:• Inability to complete work
• Technical difficulties
• Other personal reasons
